Our products are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks to complete your piece before shipping.
We ship via Canada Post. All products are shipped from our Downtown Toronto Studio.
Free Standard Shipping Canada wide on all orders above $150 CAD.
Standard Shipping Fees:
Domestic: A flat shipping rate of $7 will be added to all Canada orders
USA: A flat shipping rate of $15 will be added to all USA orders
International: A flat shipping rate of $25 will be added to all International orders
For Canada and USA orders, you will receive an email including tracking information once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, there is no tracking on international orders and we cannot be held accountable for lost packages, but we will gladly email you a copy of the customs declaration form verifying the ship date and address upon request. Shipping with tracking is available. If you are interested in this option, please email us and we will set up a payment for that service.
Delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from.
If for any reason extra duties or taxes occur upon arrival for USA and International orders this will be at the customers expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each BxB piece is made to order and is essentially a custom order. Should your piece arrive damaged, we will work out an exchange or refund. If you are having fit issues or simply do not like the way the piece looks once received, we cannot issue a refund. Please be very sure of your measurements when ordering as refunds will not be processed unless the piece arrives damaged or is absolutely unwearable. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product immediately upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for refund. If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to email@example.com, within 5 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be shipped back within 5 days of email confirmation from us to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging & also unworn.
Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur. Wear and tear over time is normal & is not considered a fault. Jewelry and crystals are delicate and should be handled, stored & cleaned carefully (see below ‘Jewelry Care’).
We recommend you follow a few guidelines to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
Our jewelry pieces are individually crafted and many of the components are put together by hand. As a result, there can sometimes be slight differences in the colour, size and pattern of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!
Always avoid contact with chemicals‚ such as hair spray, perfume‚ lotions‚ household cleansers, pool and sea water, and so on. You can help avoid these things by putting your jewelry on last when getting ready to go out. It is also best to remove rings before washing your hands.
Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue. If your jewelry comes into contact with water, it is recommended that you dry it with a soft cloth or tissue, as moisture can damage surfaces and cause them to rust or become pitted.
Gold and silver plated jewelry may also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To prevent this from happening, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or a case with the lid closed. You will find that your purchases from Bisbee will be stored in transparent bags for your convenience and to help prevent tarnishing.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Some products are unique and handcrafted which may vary slightly to its product image.
